About Baum's Fried Pecans
Keith Baum grew up harvesting pecans with his grandparents in Colfax, Louisiana on their pecan farm. As a reward for working the orchards, his grandmother would make him a special pecan treat. As the years passed, Keith's passion to become an entrepreneur in produce blossomed through selling Hammond Strawberries; however, once the strawberry season was complete, he found there was a need for a Fall product. In 2010, Keith stumbled upon his grandmothers secret family recipe involving pecans. It was then he began his journey to rediscovering the dangerously addictive and delicious treat of FRIED PECANS. After several unsuccessful batches, he finally perfected the first "Original" recipe which is now known as Baum'’s Fried Pecans.
Keith developed a dream, set it in motion, and now has a highly sought after sweet, salty, crunchy treat. Baum’'s Fried Pecans rise in popularity can be attributed to its simple, all natural, four ingredient recipe using only 100% certified Southern Mammoth pecans guaranteeing to satisfy the most demanding of cravings. Keith worked his way from local farmers markets to large retail shows, where he was known as “"The Pecan Guy"”.
Baum’'s Fried Pecans launched nationally in 2018 and, as of today, Baum'’s Fried Pecans is available in three delicious flavors: Original, Sweet Heat, and Cinnamon in over 3,500 retail locations in all 50 states.
